Lexington Office Building Renovation

Formerly the offices for a large complex of tobacco warehouses, this renovated office building will provide office space for tenants renting portions of the repurposed tobacco warehouse now owned by the Rouse Companies. The renovated design required a full gutting of the interior of the building and a redesign of the space into two rentable suites, each with an entrance, open and private offices, restroom, and mechanical room.
